I'm receiving multiple Network Supervision faults lately.

For the last couple weeks I've been receiving multiple Network Supervision faults. They would always correct themselves, something after a few minutes, sometimes much longer.
At one point I read it was my ISP (Rogers) doing maintenance, but lately I've noticed my VOIP phone is still working and I have full internet connection. Does that mean the fault is not generated by my ISP but is somewhere in my home?
I checked to make sure the cable is tight/secure, and it is in a position that cannot be jostled.
What else should I look for?
Thanks.

Submit a tech support request as it could be many things. If you see short outages in the middle of the night, then that is most likely ISP maintenance. Otherwise it is something else.
We need to look at your log to help figure out what it may be.

Ok I will do that because at this exact moment it is down, but the rest of my internet is working fine.
