The Envisalink says the Envisalerts Server is OFFLINE

This means the module cannot communicate with Envisalerts server. It is most likely firewalled.

1) Your firewall is blocking communications with the server. Make sure you allow outgoing UDP and TCP traffic from your module on ports 4020-4022.
