2DS EnvisAlarm Status

I have two "2DS" when logging in locally on both the EnvisAlarm Status is different. Any reason why..is there a problem?

First:

EnvisaAlarm Status

Not Subscribed Account# 0000 COM#: 01

Second:

EnvisAlarm Status

OFFLINE Account# -kjy COM#: 01

If you aren't an EnvisAlarms subscriber then those fields may show "Unsubscribed" or "Offline". This is a bug on the webpage, not in the service. I will be fixed in an upcoming release.
