Envisalink not responding to remote commands

This just started happening. It does not happen all the time.

I send a remote command from my iphone to arm the system and I see the command queue show that the command was sent.

The alarm system does not arm, and snding another arm command adds that to the other one in the queue.

Do I need to reboot the envisalink?

This is not normal. Send your MAC address and any supplementary information describing the problem to support@eyez-on.com.

I have sent emails to the support email address...... but never got any response.

Is there usually a long delay in a response?

Ah, I respond to those emails and believe me, I respond to each of them almost as they come in.

Check your SPAM folder.

It turns out our ISP provider for our office had a DNS issue with billnaz's domain. His support emails were sitting in the outbound queue.
