Zone Activity History and Reporting

I tried searching for some answers regarding the zone activity history and reporting but ended up with no information. If this has been discussed, I apologize.
On the mobile portal, I would like to know what the different shades of red for each zone indicate as far as time lapse since the zone was closed or tripped.
The history seems to be a bit exaggerated at times, showing Zone Activity of 66 hours since it was closed.. With 20+ zones being monitored, the history screen could start getting cluttered.. Which brings me to the next question.. Why is the history not displayed in chronological order with the most recent activity first? Currently it's organized by Zone #..
I would like a feature where we could set a specific history reporting time or at the very least, remove the Zone Activity for that zone from the history once the zone indicators clear..
