Is it possible to create another account that can see the status of all zones but is not able to make changes?

I believe in the account settings page, you can assign a guess account that does exactly that -

From that page -

"Guest Account

Guests log-in with a pre-assigned PIN and the password you assign. They can view locators and security systems but cannot make changes or send commands"

"enable"
