Server polling frequency
I've been getting quite a few of these since yesterday..."Security Event: Network Supervision Fault", followed by a restore message. I have a T-Link 250, and the monitoring station always notifies me on loss of polling, but I checked with them and they see nothing. I know my web connection was flakey all day...but thought it had been fixed. My firewall logs aren't showing service interruptions on that WAN either since early yesterday, but the 2DS monitoring continues to send "Security Event: Network Supervision Fault" messages. I'm curious as to the polling frequency from the Eyez-on server...I know it's less than 5-minute intervals...but how much less?

Re: Server polling frequency
The network supervsion alert happens when the server does not see any traffic from the envisalink for 10 minutes (was 5). The server does not poll the Envisalinks. There are a couple of fixes coming in the next firmware release that address false netork supervisory errors.
I would ignore them until the next release which I believe will be sent sometime this week.

Great! Thanks for the speedy reply. I love this 2DS. Gives me remote control I have never had since the Escort - and much more robust than that as well!
