Monitoring & Police Alarm Program Registration

Bought, installed and configured your excellent 2DS module. Would now like to add central station monitoring for our commercial location. Two questions in regards to that:

1) Do you issue an ULC certificate for insurance purposes?
2) Do you register the monitored facilities with the local police force?

I am aware that there is a registration fee required for the latter (in our jurisdiction $75) and we are wondering how to calculate all the required setup fees and monthly charges.
