Local webpage PW stopped working

I previously changed my local webpage PW from "user" to a 16-character alphanumeric.

In Feb 2012, that PW was working, but I just noticed that it is now rejected (using IE or Firefox). I also tried the default PW "user" and it is also rejected. The local username has always remained "user". Also, my 2DS is working fine through your EZMAIN portal.

Did you change something with the FW updates? Can I default the PW back to "user"?

Local passwords are a maximum of 6 characters.

If you send your MAC address to support@eyez-on.com we can reset your password back to user.

Sorry, this was obviously my error. I must have recorded my PW wrong. Support reset my PW and its now working.

My hat's off to you folks. I've had my 2DS for 9 months. Its never let me down and your regular feature updates have kept it intuitively simple to use. I just signed up for 3 years of EnvisAlarm.
