Network Disruption for some Ontario Customers

There has been reports of a service outage for some customers in Ontario. The problems seems to be contained to DSL customers only but this has not been confirmed.

The problem is not related to our servers nor our Internet connections, but rather a regional router that serves many independent ISPs in that area. Customers were blocked from connecting to many servers on the Internet, including ours.

The problem began at 18:49 EDT (UTC - 4) yesterday and seems to have been resolved around 11:00 EDT today.
