EVL-3 and Honeywell 20p

I have an EVL-3 with my Honeywell 20p system. When I look at my account, I can see the zones that I've programmed and the software shows ready. However, two of the zones are red. One is my front door and one is motion in my living room. Both are red. However, if I mouse over them, the message shows that the door is closed x minutes ago and the motion is closed x minutes ago.

Any idea why only those 2 zones are red? I have about 10 others and they appear to be just fine.

I can set the alarm and it works as it should.

Also, if I reboot the EVL-3 from software, I sometimes see 'error *29 Programming on panel not completed properly". I am thinking that when I reboot the device, I am not waiting long enough for it to complete the process before I refresh the screen and look at the System Details screen for my house.
