Use EnvisaLink 4 in the Netherlands

Hello,

We are living in the Netherlands and have installed our Honeywell Vista 21iP USA version.
It works great but we cannot create an Alarmnet account to use it over internet and mobile because we are in the Netherlands.
Now I see the EnvisaLink 4, are my questions:
Is it possible to use the EnvisaLink 4 in the Netherlands and what will be the response time?
And what carriers will support this in the Netherlands?

Is there someone who have experience using this system in the Netherlands (Europe)?

The Envisalink will work anywhere. We have lots of customers in the Netherlands, we just can't offer our Envisalarms service outside of North America, but everything else works fine. As for carriers, if you carrier supports email-to-SMS, then you can use it for SMS messages. Otherwise just use a Gmail or iCload account for instant alarm notifications.
