New install of EnvisaLink 4 on Vista 21iP went fine. Two partitions. With web portal, at first, I thought arming & disarming were immediately reflected on PC browser, but not now. Have to refresh page.

With mobile web portal on Android, arming & disarming changes are not reflected unless change or refresh page. If I'm on one partition page or the other and I arm, nothing changes on the partition page. I have to either arm a second time (the system did actually arm the first time) or go back to the home page for it to correctly reflect the status.

Presumably, this is not normal operation. Any solutions? Thanks.

The mobile portal does not auto-refresh. You have to hit the "status" button on the lower left-hand side of the web-app to refresh the partition status.

The PC based portal refreshes every 2 minutes or you can simply his the green refresh icon.

Thank you. One suggestion re green refresh button. The two arrows indicating a refresh button need more contrast. It's almost impossible to see the arrows; it just looks like a plain green icon.
