Hi, I'm new. I just connected the evl 4 and I activated it. but when I went back to login, I am not able to do so. It just keeps going back to the home page. Not really sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance for any help.

Same issue, multiple browsers.

Also, mine is repeatedly disconnecting from the internet but I am not having any other internet issues. I've got a monitor on my internet which has never indicated that it has gone out and I've got other things on my network that also notify me when they lose internet, but nothing else has. I've got faster than gigabit speeds so bandwidth is not an issue.

I've tried to reset without success. It is still disconnecting and reconnecting. Sometimes it reconnects seconds to minutes later and sometimes it is hours or longer. I have this service set to notify me on each event. I only get two green LEDs, not four currently.

Greetings. I too have not been able to "login" to the EYEZ-ON web site for the past couple of days. I keep getting the following message after entering my user and password information - Invalid Acct/Password Combination!

So I attempted to get a new password by using the "Lost Password" link -- but I have not received an email with the new password?

Hi, all three of you have different issues so I would recommend you contact support as we will need to look at your individual accounts to see what is going on.

Same issue. Registered the module on the 24th (could still log in then) and installed it in the system yesterday. Everything is up and running from the built-in web interface, but I can't login to the website. Tried multiple browsers, deleted all cookies and cache, but every time I tried to login it would return me to the home page.

I also tried the the password reset route, but I never received the reset email, and it won't let me login with my old password. Emailed support today, waiting to hear back.
