Help requested to install camera on Envisalink 2DS - portal

Hi Guys,

I have tried to search on the forum, but can't find the correct answer.

I am trying to add a ip camera on Eyez-on Portal.

One of the links mentioned to add via "Manage camera", I don't see this option on my portal (am I missing something)

I only see the following options on the left had side menu

Account Main
Account Settings
Mobile Portal Link
Manage Locations
Manage Contacts
Activate New Device
Full Screen Map
Help


Any help on the above would be appreciated.

Click on your Envisalink Setup right after the "Help" option.. You should see something with your security system status right under that "Help" option.. Once there you can see a section for "Cameras", just click "Add Camera" to the left of that..
