Device is Not Communicating with Our Servers!!

I just installed my new EnvisaLink 4 on to my DSC alarm system and I am getting the status as Off-Line and the message "Your Device is Not Communicating with Our Servers"

I first registered the device, then I installed it. After turning the power back on I am seeing solid green on the OPER, KEYB and NET LED's. The ONLINE LED is Off and the LINK LED is green but flickering.

Any ideas on how I determine what is wrong?

Edit:

I changed ethernet cables and I moved the connection so that it is now connected directly to the router and not a switch. However nothing has changed!

Your device is firewalled. You need to loosen your firewall requirements on the router until the device comes online.

Submit a support request as the Forum, is not a forum for individual problems. We need specific information that is personal to you and cannot be divulged in a public space.
