Foscam FI8903P - Not images on EVL4 portal

Hi all,
I have installed an EVL4 and three cameras for a customer. Two of them are Foscam FI9816P and works fine, but with the other one, a Foscam FI9803P (outdoor), I have problems when I try to see the images through the C2GO portal. By other way, I have configured this camera in the Foscam App and works fine.
Did anybody experience the same issue? how can I fix that?
