Support for EnvisaLink 4 with existing central monitoring

Hello,
I have an extensive home automation setup and also have an existing alarm system (DSC 1616) and would like to integrate the EnvisaLink 4 to get remote access. It is already a GSM monitored system with central monitoring (
http://austinsecurityalarm.com/).
Can I use the Envisalink 4 with an existing monitored system without disrupting the existing central monitoring? I am having trouble getting a firm answer as reviews on Amazon make it seem like the only way to get monitoring is through EyezOn.

Yes, on DSC panels there is no conflict whatsoever.

Is there a noob guide somewhere on how to handle this with a vista 20p? I can't seem to find anything...I have an existing GSM communicator on my vista 20p, and the programming instructions just say "other options my be required, refer to the vista manual"...but I am super new to this, and i really don't understand half of what's in this manual. I actually haven't even installed my evl4 yet as I'm a little scared of breaking my existing monitoring, maybe it won't need anything special and it'll all just work?

Ok well I took the plunge, and so far it seems like it's just going to work I think. One thing I haven't been able to figure out yet...how do you read the existing 65 and 66 data fields? (I want to record the existing config settings just in case)...just doing #65 like the others seems to prompt me for a partition number (I think?), but I can't figure out how to respond to the prompt...seems like it's probably very elementary, but I can't find it in the manual either...

Wow that is an awesome offer, thanks!...but I have 2 kids under 2, and I'm really only finding a minute here and there to mess with this thing so I think that might be hard to coordinate. Here I've taken a video of what I'm seeing so you can see the source of my confusion.
https://youtu.be/hXjx3wXrrt8 Keep in mind that I am *super* new to this so I'm probably missing something obvious. Thanks!
