My Envisalink has been working great for over a year but recently it doesn't seem to be able to connect with my router. It has a green and red light flashing alternately and a red and green light flashing just next to the Ethernet connector. Please help. Thank you!

Submit a tech support request but that LED pattern means your router is not giving the module an IP address.
