Connect EVL4 to DSC panel expansion board

My panel terminal is a bit full. I have a DSC 1832 with 26 door/window sensors, with 4 more sensors (CO, heat and smoke). The box is a bit full and so is the connection point on the panels terminals for red, black, yellow and green that is needed for the EVL4

My question is, can I connect the EVL4 to one of the expansion boards instead? Or does it have to be the main board?

No, you can connect it to any point where Keybus (RBYG) is connected. You just can't violate the 300m total wire length limit.
