Envisalink 3 not arming/disarming

I have a 20P with an Envisalink 3.

Firmware Version: 01.12.177A

My system consist of 2 Partitions.

Currently my Partition 1 is missing a bunch of sensors and is not active(just replaced a bunch of windows)

My Partition 2 is setup to my garage and works fine as far as I can tell. The problem I have is arming/disarming this partion via the web UI. I enter my code and press the button and it does nothing.

Any ideas?
