EVL-4 is not registering on DSC Neo HS2064

EVL-4 is not enrolled on my home security system with DSC Neo HS2064:
LED KEYB is blinking and status on the web is "Error: Panel Not Connected, Check Wiring or Registered As Wrong Panel Type".
I tried also auto enroll of modules on DSC, but it doesn't detect anything.
Not sure how perform manual enrollment because can't find anything similar to SN of EVL-4.

The Envisalink only supports the POWER series of panels from DSC, not the NEO, Classic, Maxsys nor any of the self-contained panels.

So that means the PC5010 up to the PC1864.
