Remote Disarm

I have a DSC 1555 and installed a EnvisaLink 4. Using the website and mobile link I can arm the system, but I can't disarm it.
I have used both the keypad code and installers code.
The system will beep, the red arm light will turn off for a second then the red light returns and the system is still armed.

Can you disarm locally with that same code? You can't use the installer code to disarm a DSC security panel.
