I have installed a 2DS device and have it working properly. But I have several people that will need to log in to this device to check status, arm/disarm, etc. So, is it possible for them to have their own account and link this device to their account so I can avoid giving them my password? Right now sharing this password isn't a concern, but most of us will be adding other devices to our accounts with this one being common.

I've tried the guest account feature but it's not what I need because they can't make changes to the device. So, if I give the mac address of my device to someone else could they select "activate new device" to add it to their account? Or would that delete it from my account?

I would like to know this too.. I will be renting one of my houses and would like to provide the tenant the ability to get text/email messages as well as mobile link.

Can two different "EYEZ-ON" accounts access the same device?

Currently you can only have an EnvisaLink registered to one account at a a time.

However we are looking at some options to change this on an upcoming rev of the portal.
