Excel Event Log Timestamp 2 hours ahead

My DSC clock is set properly. My Eyezon event log timestamps are working fine. However, when I download the full log, the timestamps are 2 hours ahead. Any idea what the issue is?

It's a bug. They were supposed to fix it some time ago but the status is still OPEN.
