I currently have the TL-150 which has very basic functionality. I am thinking of getting the 2DS, but I have a few questions.

How far can I go back for Arm/Disarm history. Can the 2DS download this history from the panel or does it only log it from the time the 2DS was installed?


Can I setup the 2DS so that every arm/disarm sends a text to my phone?

Hi there, we currently do not delete any event data but obviously we will have to put a cap on this at some time. Right now we have event history going back to the early IP100D days, about 5 years worth of event data for our oldest customers.

The event data comes from live events, we don't take the event data from the panel's event buffer. The panel has a miniscule buffer compared to what is available on the Eyezon servers.

You can have your Envisalink send you a text message on pretty much anything you do on your security system. Arm/Disarm, bypass, troubles, maintenance, and most importantly, alarms.
