Trouble Light

Currently let someone (sister) use my cabin. For whatever reason she thought the alarm was on when she came in so she pushed every button on the keypad. Now everything still works fine on my DSC panel and 2ds but I have a trouble indicator. Is there a way I can remotely turn the trouble indicator off. I am sure its from her button pushing frenzy.

You can do anything with the Key Sequence command that you can if you are in front of your panel. If you know what the trouble is, then you can most likely fix your problem.

If you hover your mouse over the trouble indicator on your portal account you will see what the trouble is.

In some cases - like perhaps a general system tamper that requires an installer reset, you wouldn't be able to remotely fix that, but I'd think for most other trouble light indicators - you could. Didn't you get a message through your 2DS as to what the trouble was?
