Remote Bypass and Arm

I have a DSC 1832 and the Envisalink 3. I am trying to bypass zones 7 and 9. I can enter '*10709#' and I get a text message confirming the bypass, however, the 'Arm' icon never appears on the iPhone Webpage nor on a regular browser. So I cannot arm the system. Please HELP!

If you don't get a "ready" icon then the panel still thinks that a zone is open or in tamper. You can't bypass a tampered zone BTW.
