How do I set up a SMS account if I cant find my carrier from the list?
I am in Costa Rica and have the most popular carrier (ICE / KOLBI) but its not on the list.

HI, Did you ever get it figured out so you can get SMS messages in CR? I have the same problem.

I'm down in the Southern Zone near Uvita.

I tried before with Kolbi but never worked, I just gave up, since you can get push notification I guess SMS is no longer a plus.
