Envisalink firmware 1.08.101 Released (2DS, and 3D)

A new release of firmware has been pushed out to all subscribed users. This version is just for DSC users.

Release Notes:
- Added EMS-100 HVAC option to control Operating Mode (on, cool, heat, auto) and fan.
- Envisalerts network load balancing changes

Note: The portal changes to use the new HVAC options are not ready yet, so don't look for it.
