Will EnvisAlert notify if communication to the alarm system is lost? If so what would the timing be for an alarm to be sent?

Envisalert (free) does this. IIRC there was a post stating that the default is 10 minutes - to reduce the number of false alarms based on transient outages or IP renewal, I suppose.
