Envisalink 4 not sending timely messages

I've had my system up and running for over a year, in the past week my text messages have been wickedly delayed.
IE I arm the system, and anywhere from 10 minutes to 7 hours later I get a message that says it is armed.
When using the app, it arms and disarms immediately.
I have checked with my cell provider, and reset my network list on my phone, reset my modem. Nothing seems to have changed it.
Is there anything else that can be an issue?
