I bypassed a zone (window) a few days ago. Since then I've armed the system many times without bypassing any zones.

The web portal on my PC still shows the zone as blue (closed 82 hours ago). I don't think it should be blue as it is no longer bypassed.

My android portal does not show the zone as blue.


Am I misunderstanding how the colouring works?

We have an advisory note from Envisacor about such an issue and the fix is to upgrade the customer's firmware. It seems that a bug in the bypassing feature was intrduced into a build that was quickly corrected the same day, but some customers would have got that firmware.

Email tech support and request a firmware update. Don't forget your MAC address.

It's not that big of a deal as it only happens on my PC (which I don't use as often as my smartphone), so I'll just wait for the next regular firmware update. I was just wondering if it was some other feature I wasn't aware of.
