Considerable delay on zone "triggers" after EVL4 install

Hey all,

Just looking for a little guidance/advice here. I have a DCS 1555 and just installed an EnvisaLink 4 and now I have a delay updating the status of all my zones. I do not mean an entry/exit, I mean that there is a delay updating the status when a zone is open/closed. For example when I open a door, it takes 35 seconds to actually show it as "open" on the keypad. Same thing with the motion detectors, although not quite as long as 35 seconds for them.

I tested triggering an alarm, and an "instant" zone took 35 seconds to actually trigger the alarm.

Has this happened to anyone else when the EVL4 is installed? If not, any troubleshooting tips anyone can offer?

Pulled power/rebooted and all seems well now. Not sure if it was just a glitch on first power-up or what.

Anyway, I’ll post back in a day or two with final outcome.
