Is there more detailed documentation on the features provided by EnvisAlerts Plus? In particular, I am interested in being able to remotely add / delete User Access codes on a DSC panel. Is this supported? How does it work?
If I have multiple panels, do I need to sign up for EnvisAlerts Plus for each ELV-4, or is a single subscription good for all the devices in your account?

Just click on the Envisalerts+ icon on your Eyezon portal and select "Learn More". Everything is explained there.
Yes, DSC subscribers can add, delete, and modify users from both the Eyezon portal and the Eyezon app.
The Envisalerts+ service is per device, so you would need multiple subscriptions for multiple devices.
