Lack of wireless zone low battery information/notifications/TPI codes

Panel: DSC 1832 v. 4.6, Wireless connected via TR5164.
EVL-4 01.01.114

I had a wireless zone report a low battery this morning but the only thing I've gotten from the EVL via TPI was a verbose trouble status, and the only thing that shows on the Eye-zon portal is that the panel status indicates trouble. I have to hover over trouble to see that it's a device low battery. But nowhere can I find what zone it is via the envisalink or the eyez-on portal.

I would have expected there would be better reporting of this information as I believe this would be a reasonably common occurrence/request. Do I have to wait for the battery to completely die to find out which zone it is via the envisalink?

That information is not available from the panel. You have to switch to interactive mode on a keypad to see exactly what zone is in low-bat trouble (* 2 * <>)

Ok, Interesting.

FYI, I still have the iControl (Telguard) portal connected. It was able to send me an alert mentioning the specific zone.

(It's connected to the panel via RS-422. I've never been able to find any docs on what protocol is available via the RS422 connection.)

Update: I got an alert from Envisalerts at midnight last night about the wireless zone with the low battery. I'm glad that I did finally get a low battery alert from Envisalarts and I'm glad that it shows in my Eyez-on portal event log.

I got the Verbose trouble status code on 11/7 at 11:18 (am). (Which is also when I got the alert from the iControl portal). The Envisalert event was 11/14 00:00. I wasn't sure why there was such a big difference in time, but it looks like at midnight last night (11/14) is when the panel put an event in it's log.

As an enhancement request, I'd like to see a TPI code for the wireless zone low battery.

I'd like to see the addition of zone low battery in the TPI as well. Seems there have been a few requests for many years on this. If EyezOn can do why can't the TPI?
