DOES NOT RECOGNIZE HONEYWELL

EVL4 installed correctly and honeywell vista 20 enabled second keyboard (address18) and verified that #191 = 10. Power cycled and communicates with browser but says it is DSC instead of honeywell. KEYB and ONLINE lights flash but other are green. Do I need to do something else to get it to download the honeywell firmware or how can I install honeywell firmware? I created account several days before and verify that MAC is correct.

That's strange, I have the same panel and EVL4 with no issues. Did you follow the attached documents?

got it now- with my eyesight I copied the MAC code as 8D which is actually BD. Could see it when I connected tot eh board with a browser but took me lots of cycles to notice that.
