Honeywell with GSM and exiting monitoring company setup question.

My system is currently monitored by a monitoring company via GSM. I only have one zone and one keypad plus wireless panic button. I understand that I need to enable IP shadowing. But what about "Honeywell Vista Panel Programming Options" part? Do I have to do this part? It looks fairly complicated to me. Thanks for any help.
