False Alarms?

I added Envisalink 4 to my DSC system. A day later my installer replaced the existing keyapds with LED touchscreen ones, and connected the smoke detectors to a zone (for some reason they weren't connected).

Since then I am getting false alarms where 5 or so zones simultaneously trip (4 door sensors and smoke detectors).

I'll have to work backward to determine the cause. A) new keypads B) wiring in the smokes or C) EVL4.

I doubt EVL4 is culprit, but since I put it in myself I'd like to rule it out. Is there any conceivable way the unit could present the described issue?

If not, any other idea what could be the issue?
