i followed the steps in the evl4 honeywell documentation to configure the evl4, i cant get any signals to go thru. i have report codes in all zones, none start with 0, *45 & *47= 1, *56 = 0, *57= 1, *58=111111 and *88=0.
set all my users to open close=yes, enabled all trouble zones and bypasses, zip goes out.
i can arm and disarm via the web. so i know module works, what am i missing??

Please submit a tech support request. The 128 is not really a DIY panel and usually requires one of our experts to provide help.

i have a couple of times and keep getting the same replies. the envisalink honeywell install guide. kind of tired of reviewing it over and over. was hoping someone with the same panel could clue me into possibly a field that was omitted. at this point probably just going to power it down and return it.

What are your support ticket numbers? I will make sure they are answered immediately.
