No site configured at this address

Hi,

I've been using the Envisalink4 for several years without incident. Recently, my Homeseer system cannot connect to the Envisalink4, and the 'Online' light is off (the other four lights are on).

I've powered down and factory reset the device. The Envisalink has an IP address, and I can ping the device. But when I try to access it by going to 'envisalink' or 'envisalinke' in my browser I get the message 'No site configured at this address'. And when I try to access the IP address directly from a browser there is no response.

Any idea how I can get the device back online?

Well, the problem seems to be resolved. I'm not sure what the cause was,but I think I was misreading my device MAC addresses and confusing the Envisalink with several other Ademco devices on my network.

Sorry for the trouble - issue resolved.
