Envisalink 4 - not receiving network supervision fault alert

Hello,

I have installed envisalink 4 with my DSC1832 system.
Everything works great except for network supervision fault alert.
I have checked the box “supervision fault” on the EyezON portal, as well as enabled the same alert for my phone.
Still not receiving any supervision fault/restore alerts. Anything I’m missing?

Did you wait 10 minutes after removing your network cable?

Yes my internet went down for a day and I didn’t receive any response or alert at all. I have the same set up at another home and the alert is pretty much instant.

Submit a tech support ticket and we can see what your settings are. Network Supervision is not instant, there is a 10 minute window.
