Easy arm

I've had Eyez-on for years and when I use iOS to arm my system I have always just clicked arm then 'away arm' (without code). This has always worked. Today we made some updates to the system DSC PC1864 v4.5, now I can't arm from iOS Eyez-on without using a code.
Any ideas on what I may have done?
