Alarm system not sending to Textfree app on iPhone

I have the EnvisaLink 3 installed on a DSC 1832 Panel. I have alarms programed to be sent to my AT&T texting plan but had put arms and disarms and stuff like that to my Textfree app account. Tends to be more of those than alarms (hopefully
) I set this up a week or so ago and up until a day or so was working perfectly. It's possible to send a text to your phone via email so in contacts it is setup as an email send. Now it doesn't work, the email address still works, I can email texts to my phone but the EnvisaLink will not send the email. I've deleted and redone the contact, since it's not sending it's waiting for verification.
My question is why has this stopped working? It's got to be on the EnvisaLink end because it works fine sending through email. Is this a No No in EyezOn land and if so why?
