I installed the new EVL 4 for my Honeywell 20P and followed all of the instructions in the 13 page guide including the programming. This existing system does employ dial-up central monitoring and not the GSM/IP system communicator.

I have all green lights on the module and a System Ready through the web interface. No configuration or panel errors on the account status page or my touch panels.

I have tried issuing commands through the portal and the mobile app, but they do not change anything on my system even though the command is shown as issued from the portal and mobile app. Please advise if I have missed something or what troubleshooting step to take. (Note - the system arms and disarms from the touch panels as it is supposed to).

This means you have a keypad conflict. The Envisalink has to have its own keypad address otherwise commands will conflict with the existing keypad(s) in the home.
