API code 849. API bug?

Hi

Is it a bug that Envisalink 4 sometimes (not often) send code 849 without the trailing 2 bytes that should indicate the trouble status. According to the API spec, a code 849 should always have trailing 2bytes with trouble info. As the IT100 API spec has no 849, 849 is Envisalink specific....
