Good Morning,
I have the Honeywell Vista 20p and the Envisalink 4 currently setup. I have the EVL4 connected to the internet and can access its local webpage.
I am showing the system status as ready, but I cannot arm or disarm the alarm. I know its a simple setting on the Honeywell or the EVL4.
Setup: I previously had a 5150 and 5150RF keypad and replaced the 5150 with a 5160V. I can arm and disarm the alarm with both panels just fine.
The 5150RF has an ID of 17, and the 5160 has an ID of 18. The EVL has an ID of 19.
I went in an followed the updated Honeywell Alarm instructions I started with *190 (17) and entered in 1, 0. I did the same for keypad id 18, and 19. The rest I entered in 0,0 to disable. I also entered in *29 and enabled the IP/GSM/LRR support as well as steps 4-23.
Any ideas on what I need to check next?
Thanks!

Re: Honeywell Vista 20P and Envisalink Problem
If you cannot arm/disarm you have a keypad addressing conflict. If the Envisalink is at 19 then some other device must be at 19 as well. For more help please submit a tech support request.
Re: Honeywell Vista 20P and Envisalink Problem
Thanks for the information. I decided to change the keypad to 20 and enable 20 on the alarm panel and its working fine.
Have a great day!
