Email Alerts Delayed

We are currently having issues with outbound email alerts which include SMS alerts. Push notifications are not affected.

As of this time there is no ETA on when this will be fixed.

UPDATE: 18:20 UTC

This issue was with an upstream bulk mailer. Their engineers have moved our traffic to another cluster and server is now resumed. There is a signficant backlog on alerts which might take up to another 30 minutes to clear out.

We are sorry for inconvenience. At no time were events lost nor did this affect our Envisalarm customers.
