Possibly defective?

Post by imkevincook »

Just received this a couple days ago, it lit up and appeared to connect to internet but now I'm randomly not getting anything. Tomorrow is my first day off work since I got it, and it appears to have stopped working :( Set my DHCP to give it a static IP, nothing there. Panel powers a wireless module and a keypad, working fine, checked with volt meter just in case and the tiny voltage is there at the EVL4 but nothing happening. Here's a pic of the thing with power supplied, no lights flashing...

If there's a likely culprit, I'm handy with a soldering gun, otherwise please advise?

Submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal account. There's no point in posting customer specific issues on the forum.

Looking closely at your picture it appears it’s miss-wired. You don’t have one wire in each location.

It appears that there’s nothing in the (circled) red positive terminal and brown and blue wires are in same terminal.

It may be an optical allusion due to parallax but it sure looks wrong.
