I've had the Envisalink for over a year now and everything is working great! A while back, after cancelling my former monitored service, I had the no phone line trouble come up. I solved that issue by tapping into my magicjack line so that the panel would receive a dial tone.
A few days ago while we were on vacation, my father-in-law came by to feed our cat and set off our alarm. This triggered an FTC trouble code as the panel was still trying to call my old monitoring service. This leads me to a couple of questions.
1) I don't have the installer code for my panel, so will leaving the trouble condition impact the panel's ability to communicate with the eyezon monitoring?
2) If I were to get the installer code or figure it out, what is the process for stopping the panel from calling out?
3) If I were able to do question 2, would turning off the panel's dialer impact its ability to contact eyezon when the alarm is triggered?
Lastly, I'm in upstate SC and my alarm installer was Priority One. Anyone willing to PM me an installer code?
Thanks!

Re: FTC Error
You need to turn off your dialer, section 380, option 1. Turn it off.
Yes, you need your installers code, and no, this will not impact your Eyezon free or premium monitored service at all.
Enjoy your Envisalink
